I enjoyed painting this gorgeous Siamese kitty so much. There is something immensely satisfying about paintjng a face that’s made of such harmonious colors: soft cream fur melting into those deep, velvety browns, held together by that almost inky mask. I loved exploring all these delightful color contrasts and varieties of temperature here, letting the darks stay rich, leaving some areas slightly transparent, so they stay vibrant and breathe.
