“When life gives you lemons” ….. paint them

I really enjoy still life painting as I love to capture the beauty of our local produce into paintings that are emotionally rich and expressive and connect with the viewer.   I am obsessed with the Lemon Tree that I planted almost 20 years ago which has supplied me with so many lemons and paintings!

I also love depicting Spanish “clementinas” and Moroccan Tangerines and they often feature in my work; their rich colour and textured skin are a joy to paint.
