Tina Baker is an award-winning artist with a background in Interior Design, that has deeply shaped her creative perspective.

Having studied Interior Design at Sheridan College, Tina developed a strong foundation in visual arts.

As a Modern Impressionist and passionate abstract painter, Tina explores the interplay between technique, emotion, and individuality. Her belief is simple yet profound: art is less about what you paint and more about how you paint it. Each brushstroke, texture, and colour choice reflects Tina’s unique signature—an imprint of her personal vision and creative journey.

Her work aims to honour the authenticity of the subject while reimagining it through a distinct impressionistic lens.  The result is a compelling balance between representation and expression—inviting the viewer to rediscover the familiar in a bold, dynamic way.

Through her art, Tina strives to create moments of connection and resonance. She hopes to evoke an emotional response, encouraging viewers not only to see the beauty in what is painted, but also to feel something deeper through how it is painted.
