Another exercise in dramatic lighting. It was hard! I will be practicing these studies with dramatic light for a while now. I had no idea how weak my skills were in this area. This painting was just in a local gallery show and is now available for sale! It is a companion painting to “La esposa” (The wife), because the models are husband and wife. Just like all art available online, colors may differ a little depending on the screen or display. I try to always capture colors accurately, but please take display differences into account.
