This painting was inspired by an old sewing machine I spotted in a local shop. I wanted a vintage looking wallpaper, but I found it was too distracting. So I muted it back by mixing an encaustic-like look. Much better! It has 1 1/2” painted sides (see next photo), and has hardware on it making it ready to hang. Also sits on a shelf or table.
