This painting is currently on display in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma at the ART @ 302 Center and received the honor of "Best in Show" at the current competition. I created this painting out of a love of Crested Butte Colorado which holds a very special place in my heart as our family has spent many very special family gatherings there and we try to visit every spring/summer. This painting is of the Slate River valley just north of the town of Crested Butte as seen from the hiking trail. Framed with a custom made hardwood frame.
