This is based on reference from a family trip way back in 2007. I was visually fascinated by the overlapping planes and the sense of size and grandeur in this view of the Colorado terrain. The paper is high quality 140 lb. Arches watercolor paper. Your painting will be inserted into a plastic sleeve and packed carefully in a standard no. 10 business envelope. It is also signed on the front and the back. Sometimes I use gouache (opaque watercolor) and/or colored pencils and pastel pencils in a limited way to enhance the painting.
