It seems that everywhere I traveled on this years road trip, I saw sunflowers growing in gardens, along side buildings, in fields, farms and cities. So one day I was looking around, trying to decide what to paint while lounging around the campsite, when sunflowers came to mind. Sunny, bright and golden - a perky break from all the lush greens.
