This is an etching and aquatint of a beautiful villa in a small Tuscan village. The drive way up is lined with cypresses and than you see the house in it's mellow colors, bleached by the Tuscan sun. It is so warm that the air seems to move. And then you enter and your host is waiting on the terrace with the most delicious wine to welcome you. Inside the house it's cool, because the thick walls conserve the freshnes in the summer and keep the hose warm in the winter. Tuscany has that "je ne sais pas quoi", all the charm and atmosphere, you just want to live there and be part of the history.
