2-3-22 warm-up
Today’s prompt is Tulips. I’ve been experimenting with scratching into the wet paint for texture and to adjust the value a bit. Thanks to @amanda_evanston and her #28FebruaryFlowers prompts and challenge.
I like to do these small warm-up paintings before a painting session. They loosen me up and get me ready to dive into my day in the studio. This original 7.5x5.5 is painted with acrylic on heavy watercolor paper. It’s matted and backed to fit a 10x8 frame. Shipping is free in the US.
