Two of my favorite subjects - swans and children! For this painting, I used the process of watercolor batik. It is painted on rice paper and uses hotwax as a resist. This painting is mounted on a cradled panel and treated so that it does not have to be put behind glass. The frame pictured is a floating frame and also goes with the painting!
