Always driven by contrasting colours, light and shadows to convey mood and atmosphere in order to transform ordinary cultural landscapes into profound narratives, here is one of my latest pieces, “Zoco Chico”, Tangier © I like the juxtaposition of the beautiful old weathered and hand painted walls against the softer fabric of the “shilaba”. I added a cat to finish this narrative as in Morocco cats form an integral part of daily life. Due to their cleanliness, cats are held in high regard in Morocco and you will always find a cat or two luring in every alleyway 🐈 This piece conveys a sense of tranquility and exploration, making it a perfect addition to any space seeking a blend of colour and calmness. What journey does this evoke for you?
