This installation at Long House Reserve is by Jack Lenor Larsen. He said it was inspired by two parallel trees that he wanted to highlight. I have loved seeing it in different seasons, but am going to make sure to see it next year when the azaleas are in full bloom. On the fall day I visited, the brilliance of the leaves were a striking counterpoint to the red of the posts. It feels timeless, even as the seasons change the world around it year after year.
