They are mesmerizing as swim through the deep, green water. Their bright colors flash as they near the surface and become mute as they dive below. Watching them swim is like watching a water ballet as I stand beside the pond in a vast garden. But instead of my gaze roving over the acres beyond, I stand and watch this alien world. And smile.
